Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Please take a moment to review our shipping policy  (Jeff tried to rewrite this once, but we made him stick to packing boxes).

Processing Time
All print orders will have a processing time of up to 10 business days. This time allows us to carefully produce, inspect, and package your order to ensure the highest quality. Jeff calls this our “creative incubation period.”

Shipping Method
Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment, it will be shipped via UPS Ground Service. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but typical delivery times within the continental United States are between 1 to 5 business days.

Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. This lets you follow your package's journey (hopefully with fewer detours than Jeff takes on lunch runs).

Shipping Rates
UPS Ground Service has been included in the purchase price of all print goods. No surprise charges. Jeff hates math.

Additional Information
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Shipping is only available within the United States. (Jeff asked about international pigeon delivery; we said no).
