Refund policy
At Bandito Creative, each print product is crafted with care and precision to meet your specific needs. As all of our print goods are considered custom orders, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. Jeff tried to return a custom mug once… we still don’t talk about it.
Cancellations & Fees
Because of the personalized nature of our work, cancellations are subject to the following processing fees:
- Gift Cards: May be cancelled within 10 days of purchase, subject to a 3.5% cancellation fee.
- Print Orders: May be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement, subject to a 5% cancellation fee. After that, the presses are rolling and Jeff is elbows-deep in ink—there’s no turning back.
Prefer Store Credit?
We get it—plans change. If you opt for store credit instead of a refund, we’ll waive all processing fees. Store credit never expires and can be used on anything Bandito Creative makes. Jeff calls it “Bandito Bucks,” but we don’t let him name things anymore.
Damaged Items
We strive to ensure that every item reaches you in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, we are here to help.
- Contact Us: Please reach out to Bandito Creative immediately upon receiving the damaged item.
- Required Information: Clear photos of the damage, both inside and outside of the box, are necessary to process your claim.
- Replacement Process: Once we receive the required documentation, we will work to get your damaged item replaced as quickly as possible.
