What if I need help getting good photo quality for my order?

Great photos make great prints. If you're unsure about the quality of your images or need help getting your rig, build, or badge shots dialed in, we’re happy to help—just reach out before placing your order.

For our fellow Texans near Austin, we highly recommend working with Wookalar Studios. They know lighting, composition, and how to make your ride look like it belongs on a movie poster.

Jeff once tried to use a flip phone camera and a flashlight. Don’t be like Jeff.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

All print orders take up to 10 business days to process (file preparation, proofing, and printing). Once shipped, expect 1–5 business days for delivery via UPS Ground.

Jeff says he can beat that with a skateboard. We’ve asked him to stop saying that.

 

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Nope! UPS Ground shipping is included in the price of all print goods. 

Jeff thought it was a mistake. It wasn’t. He’s still confused.

 

What if I need it faster?

Need it in a hurry? Shoot us an email at orders@banditocreative.com before placing your order. Depending on the job and our schedule, we may be able to expedite processing or upgrade shipping for an additional rush fee.

Jeff swears that feeding energy drinks to the printer and bribing the UPS driver with beef jerky cuts delivery time in half. We don’t officially endorse this—but rush fees are a safer bet.

 

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Jeff once tried to ship internationally using a drone. It… didn’t end well.

 

What if my order arrives damaged?

No worries—we’ll make it right. Just:

  • Take clear photos of the damage (inside and outside the box)
  • Email them to orders@banditocreative.com
  • We’ll process a replacement

Jeff will probably gasp dramatically first, but then we’ll get it handled.

 

Do you accept returns?

All of our print products are custom made, so we do not accept general returns or refunds.

If we messed something up, though (and Jeff might have), we’ll make it right.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Gift Cards: Cancel within 10 days, subject to a 3.5% processing fee
Print Orders: Cancel within 24 hours, subject to a 5% processing fee

Want to skip the fees? Choose store credit instead — we’ll waive all charges.

Jeff calls it a “Bandito Do-Over.” He even made up a dance. It’s catching on.

 

Who is Jeff, and why is he everywhere?

Jeff is… a concept. A legend. A part-time chaos agent and full-time scapegoat. It originated when THIS REEL was sent in a group chat.
